Our Story

fbt

We set up ‘Sorbet Colours’ because for as long as we can remember, we have had a passion for the styling and organisation of a home as well as the aesthetics of a space & how these elements fit together to create a harmonious place you can call your sanctuary- A sanctuary you always want to return to, no matter where life takes you, physically or mentally.

Our first project which we staged for sale sold for more than 10% of the asking price, which was a real turning point in terms of life direction; the process of depersonalising and neutralising (hence the name ‘Sorbet’) was hugely enjoyable & such a rewarding experience, with our first happy client on our books!

The foundation of our style is one that is true to our Nordic heritage, as well as other influences. We often find ourselves creating a cozy and welcoming space that emphasises natural materials, soft, tactile and natural textiles and a mix of old and new pieces to add character. For us, it’s really all about the quality and warmth of colours and natural materials, to create that homely glow you just want to bask in!

In a nutshell, we appreciate minimalism and a home you can breathe in, but with lots of personal touches to add character & create a cosy, warm atmosphere.

We look forward to hearing all about your requirements, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Our Values

Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Empathy

We seek to understand our clients' perspectives and are empathetic to their needs and concerns.

Collaboration

We value collaboration and are happy to work together as a team to achieve your goals.

Detail

We believe it's the small things that make all the difference in life; we strive to complete all our projects to the finest of details.

How we work

We see working with our clients as a collaborative partnership, which we believe is particularly important at the foundation stage as it informs the rest of the process.

We allow our clients to be involved as much or as little as they like. However, we do ensure you are kept well informed throughout the entirety of our collaboration with you.

We start by getting to know you and what your requirements are through an in-depth, specially designed ‘with you in mind’ questionnaire. Dependant on your initial requirements, this will likely touch on any pain points you may have such as a space that isn’t fit for purpose, for example.

Maybe you want to restyle a room or your entire home, or want to maximise the sale of your property; you may have a spare room or second home that needs modernisation;  we can help you in achieving the property’s full potential & maximise your sales or letting value.

Whatever your requirements, rest assured that we will enjoy the process as much as the outcome and in turn, so will you!
We work to suit your budget; no project is too small or too big for us.

Once a brief of your requirements has been established and agreed upon, the fun really starts! This is where our creative side really comes to light, doing what we love to do best! We start to focus on style ideas, creating mood boards of options to present to you at our next meeting.
